Calendar Request Form

Instructions: In order to make the FBC Calendar Planning / Scheduling Form accessible to people 24-hours a day, click on the underlined link to obtain the form; complete the form on your computer; save to your desktop; then, send an email to joetta@thepeoplechurch.org with your file as an attachment. Alternatives: 1) You may still pick up a form in the Copier Room; 2) You make click the above link for the form; complete the form on your computer; print a hard copy of the completed form; and fax to 832-0213 or bring the form to the church office. Call the office at 832-6385 (Monday through Thursday) if you have any questions.
